Vertical 9:16 photorealistic handheld smartphone UGC health video frame. Use the FIRST reference image for the man: exactly the same face, short salt-and-pepper hair, well-groomed grey-and-black beard, warm brown eyes, navy henley shirt with sleeves rolled up. He stands in a warm cozy kitchen with wooden open shelves of herb and spice jars behind him, soft side window daylight. He holds up at chest height, with one hand from below, a large FLAT transparent clear-plastic vessel molded in the shape of the human intestines, exactly matching the SECOND reference image: the thick segmented large intestine (colon) forms a rounded rectangular frame around the outer edges, and the center is filled with the tightly coiled small intestine; a single short wide clear funnel-shaped neck rises from the top-center edge. All the coils are filled with brown soaked chia-seed gel. There is NO stomach shape. With his other hand he tilts a clear glass jug of chia-seed water and pours it straight INTO the funnel neck at the top center, the liquid running down into the intestinal coils. Framing: his face in the upper third, the flat intestine vessel filling the lower half of the frame. Natural skin texture, realistic hands, shallow depth of field, iPhone look. No phone UI, no text, no captions, no watermark.
