A key frame from a modern 2D hand-drawn animated film, bold simple shapes, flat colours, fine ink lines. Night, a rain-slick city street, pink and cyan neon signs reflecting in the puddles. A stylish detective in a tan trench coat and hat crouches and studies a trail of small wet pawprints leading away down the street. Medium shot. No text.
