Create a new mascot in the exact same art style, rendering quality and lighting as the attached image: glossy 3D cartoon, volumetric soft lighting, realistic worn leather texture with creases and scuffs, rich highlights and shadows, thick dark outlines. Same briefcase shape and same face style as in the attached image (big expressive eyes, thick eyebrows, wide smile). Changes: both hands are white cartoon gloves with gold cuffs, four fingers, no thumb, arms relaxed down at the sides, not holding anything. Left leg is a brown leather leg with a foot; RIGHT leg is a shiny brass peg leg shaped like an upside-down Russian ruble sign. One green 10-ruble banknote is tucked diagonally under the LEFT front strap. Two blank white papers stick out of the top behind the handle, no text. No money fan, no documents in hands. Full body, front view, centered, plain solid pure white background, no text anywhere.
