Image 1 is the character reference: keep exactly this same young man, same face, same copper-red curly hair, same long dark navy coat, white shirt, thin dark tie, dark trousers, brown boots, paper coffee cup and slim closed black umbrella with a wooden crook handle. Hand-painted 2D animated film still, gouache and watercolor, soft painted misty city square, restrained muted palette, wide cinematic composition, a single bright red balloon as the only saturated accent. Scene: a small boy on a pale pavement watches in dismay as his red balloon slips out of his hand and rises. Our tall thin hero strolls past calmly, sipping coffee with half-closed eyes, barely looking, and casually raises the closed umbrella so the wooden crook handle catches the balloon string in the air, returning it toward the boy's hand. Generic city with no landmarks. Full figures visible, boots on the ground. No text, no logos, no watermark.
