Piece 3, frame 2. Redraw image 1 as a new 16:9 film frame, keeping its camera, framing and pose: a close-up of the boy from the front, chin slightly up, speaking with a knowing, slightly proud look.
Design from image 2 (character card): he is Yan, 13, short dark-brown hair, black rectangular glasses, clear glass bubble helmet; on each side at ear height, outside the glass, exactly one dark-grey round puck lamp with a white glowing capsule on its front face; a glowing cyan neck ring; orange suit with dark-grey panels and the cyan chest emblem with three bars.
Setting: pitch-black abyss at 4000 m, no glowing jellyfish behind him; the dark red silhouette of the giant jellyfish ribbons faintly in the far background where a beam touches them. Light: his cyan neck ring from below and the spill of his own lamps; fine dust only inside the beams.
