MARINE SNOW is very fine: tiny soft grey-beige specks like dust in a projector beam, most smaller than a grain of sand, visible only inside the beams; the black water outside the beams stays empty. In close-ups the kids swim level with their legs stretched straight back behind them, so their fins are far behind the body and out of the frame; a close-up shows the helmet, shoulders, arms and chest. PANELS: 1. Extreme wide: total darkness, two tiny pairs of helmet lights far away in the black like distant stars. 2. Close-up of Yan, puzzled, looking around, both helmet lamps lit, fine dust-like marine snow in his beams. 3. Close-up of Kira, delighted, eyes shining, looking up, both helmet lamps lit. 4. Medium two-shot from the front: Kira on the LEFT raises her LEFT wrist, her watch glows and projects a simple glowing blue vertical bar with a bright dot sliding down it; Yan on the RIGHT leans in; both look at it with closed mouths. 5. Seen from behind and below the two kids, looking up along their four white beams into endless black above: from this back view Yan is on the LEFT of the frame and Kira on the RIGHT; the dark backs of their puck lamps and the beams going up; fine dust-like marine snow drifts through the beams. 6.
