Change a tiny part of the original photograph only: erase the letters inside the existing GIRL RULES chest-print shape. Fill the area previously occupied by the letters with the black shirt fabric. Retain the original irregular bubble-letter-shaped OUTERMOST pink/turquoise contour at the same exact position and shape. This is the existing outer border, following the silhouette of the original two-line lettering. Its interior is black shirt fabric. The result is a coloured irregular outline around plain black interior. Apply to front body view and visible side-view T-shirt sliver.
Every other source pixel region is preserved: girl's exact face, age, anatomy, hair, mask, poses, skin textures, cape colour/folds, the original K octagon on the BACK, skirt, shoes, watch inset, portrait inset, sword inset, backgrounds and panel boundaries. Preserve the full original sheet composition and original relative proportions. High-resolution surgical local edit of lettering pixels on the T-shirt, with the original contour traced faithfully.
