Recreate this exact cinematic film shot from the reference image as a brand-new photorealistic render. Match exactly: the composition and framing, the camera angle and lens, the lighting direction, the light rays and haze, the color grade, and the design of every object and character, including markings painted on them. Ultra detailed 35mm film still, natural film grain, cinematic contrast. No captions, no subtitles, no watermark, no logos, no borders. Scene: La cámara retrocede para revelar a Lydia dentro de una cápsula criogénica transparente, con el brazo marcado por la extracción. Marcus sonríe mientras limpia la cuchara. Fix these differences from the reference: Characters are positioned in reverse - male on right, female on left instead of male on left, female on right; Female character is now inside a glass cylindrical container/pod instead of standing freely; Male character is holding a large spoon in the remake, not present in original; Male character has full hair/beard coverage in remake vs bald head in original.
