Recreate this exact cinematic film shot from the reference image as a brand-new photorealistic render. Match exactly: the composition and framing, the camera angle and lens, the lighting direction, the light rays and haze, the color grade, and the design of every object and character, including markings painted on them. Ultra detailed 35mm film still, natural film grain, cinematic contrast. No captions, no subtitles, no watermark, no logos, no borders. Scene: Primer plano de una mano enguantada en látex blanco raspando con una cuchara de plata la piel congelada del brazo de Lydia. La textura es cremosa y se desprende como helado gourmet. Fix these differences from the reference: Spoon is sharper and more clearly defined in REMAKE, showing a green creature/seahorse on it versus blurred motion in ORIGINAL; Hand and glove are fully visible and extended in REMAKE, partially visible and more retracted in ORIGINAL; Ice crystals/frost details are more pronounced and elaborate on the green character's face in REMAKE; Shell/nautilus object has more visible striped texture detail and appears more textured in REMAKE.
