YouTube thumbnail, 16:9, in exactly the style and composition of the first reference image (painterly dark cartoon, our hero: big round white head, thin white body, glowing orange ember in the chest, his dark red shadow with glowing red eyes behind him, red alarm clock 5:00). He sits on the edge of his bed, fists clenched, fierce determined face with huge eyes and dark eye bags, lit from below by the ember. At the top, huge bold rounded hand-lettered title text "DAY ONE." in white with a very thick black outline and a dark drop shadow, slightly tilted, cartoon YouTube thumbnail lettering spanning most of the width. Spell the text exactly: DAY ONE. Deep black background, high contrast, cinematic.
